In this role, you will develop essential software that supports our traders, researchers, and engineering teams in implementing and analyzing algorithmic trading strategies. Your Impact:
- Develop scalable and high-performance software following best practices in software engineering.
- Analyze requirements from traders and analysts to support algorithmic trading.
- Lead discussions on code implementation, testing, and software architecture best practices.
- Drive projects and spearhead new initiatives.
- Collaborate actively with the development team to tackle challenging design and coding issues.

What You Bring:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 to 7 years of experience in building software systems.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React/Redux, Vue.js, Python, Flask, Ruby, C#, or Java. Experience with multiple languages is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player with a passion for problem-solving and strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience with any of the following technologies is a plus: Redis, RabbitMQ, GraphQL, Kafka, MongoDB, ELK, Docker, WebSocket, AMQP, TCP, HTTP.
- Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL Server, or Oracle is an asset.
