CMO/Marketing Officer

In this role, you'll be responsible for driving the inbound marketing strategy, leading initiatives across multiple digital channels to generate demand for the product. You'll manage key paid media campaigns, optimize lead generation funnels, and ensure seamless integration between marketing and sales. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires both strategic thinking and technical marketing execution to achieve measurable results.
Core Responsibilities:
Own and refine the marketing strategy, working autonomously to deliver results and optimize processes.
Lead the execution of inbound marketing channels, driving growth through Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and targeted outreach campaigns.
Oversee lead generation funnels and optimize lead scoring models within HubSpot.
Develop and optimize content strategies across the website to improve SEO, engagement, and conversions.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts, driving stronger results.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing is a non-negotiable.
Expertise in marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, with experience in lead nurturing and segmentation.
Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Experience working with software solutions tailored to private equity firms is highly preferred.
