Investment Banking Experienced Analyst
Our client is a boutique investment bank based in New York City that provides strategic invest banking services to its clients in the Real Estate and Healthcare space. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Analyst to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in investment banking or a related field. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your financial analysis skills and gain exposure to a variety of transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support transaction structuring and valuation.
- Prepare pitch books, presentations, and other marketing materials for client meetings.
- Assist in the execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial advisory services.
- Perform industry and company research to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior bankers to develop strategic recommendations for clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related financial services role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
