Company Summary: We are currently partnered with a quickly growing, full service boutique Investment Bank located in Washington DC looking to add an experienced Investment Banking Associate to their active deal team. This individual will have the opportunity work across a high volume of transactions spanning over a wide variety of industry sectors, as this is a generalist firm that works across industries including but not limited to Healthcare, Tech, Financial Services, ADG, and Industrials. The Investment Banking Associate can expect to:
- Conduct financial analysis and relevant market research
- Work across buy and sell side M&A transactions throughout the life cycle of the deal
- Assist in the training and development of Analysts on the team
- Interact and build relationships with both existing and prospective clients
The Investment Banking Associate should have:
- At least 2 years of consecutive Investment Banking experience across any industry vertical
- Direct ties or currently located in Washington DC or greater DMV region
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
