We are representing a premier boutique investment bank specializing in Industrial M&A, with a specific focus on the Transportation, Logistics, and Supply Chain sectors. They are seeking an experienced Investment Banking Analyst to join their dynamic team.
Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Investment Banking Analyst (2nd or 3rd year) to support our client's M&A transactions. The ideal candidate will come from a reputable investment bank and have experience executing mid-market sell-side M&A transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support M&A transactions.
- Prepare and present pitch books, transaction documents, and client presentations.
- Perform industry research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets and market trends.
- Assist in the due diligence process, including financial, operational, and strategic assessments.
- Collaborate with senior bankers and clients to execute transactions efficiently.
- Maintain and develop client relationships through effective communication and project management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience as an Investment Banking Analyst at a reputable investment bank.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and M&A processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
