Director Group Accounting & Tax (f/m/d)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of accounting and tax professionals across multiple international locations.
- Oversee the group consolidation process, including intercompany eliminations and currency translation.
- Coordinate and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory financial statements in compliance with local GAAP and IFRS.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities while ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations.
Qualifications:
- Degree in economics, with a focus on accounting, financial reporting, or a related field.
- Three years Leadership experience.
- Experience in an auditing firm.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Experience with relevant software and systems.
- Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and proficient in German.
- Excellent communication skills.
