KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide expert technical and application support for Anaplan models, ensuring data accuracy and resolving system-related issues in collaboration with end-users.
- Drive the Anaplan product roadmap in partnership with technology and finance leaders, regularly communicating the product vision through detailed requirements, roadmap documents, and presentations.
- Collaborate with FP&A, Finance, and other teams to tailor Anaplan configurations to meet process, functional, and security needs for both current and future use cases.
- Develop and communicate a robust application support model involving business users, IT personnel, and third-party resources as needed.
- Empower business users and IT staff through training, knowledge transfer, and daily issue resolution on the Anaplan platform.
- Liaise with vendor partners to advocate for desired enhancements and stay updated on new product capabilities.
- Champion continuous functional and technical improvements across the Anaplan platform.
- Identify and integrate future opportunities to leverage the platform across various corporate functions and business units into the product roadmap.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, information technology, or finance.
- Master's degree in finance, analytics, or computer science is a plus.
- Significant experience in accounting and/or financial planning & analysis in a corporate or consulting role is highly desirable.
- Over 3 years of hands-on experience with Anaplan, including full lifecycle design and implementation.
- Required certifications:
- Anaplan Certified Model Builder
- Anaplan Certified Solution Architect
- Deep understanding of connected planning concepts.
- Self-driven, eager to learn, and capable of taking ownership in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the private equity, venture capital, or alternative investment asset industry is preferred.
- Strongly preferred: Anaplan consulting experience.
- Prior experience with data integration, data analytics, and visualization solutions is advantageous.
