ABS Analyst / Associate
Company Overview
Our client is a $1B AUM private credit fund providing asset-backed financing to early-stage, venture-backed fintech companies. The firm specializes in structuring SPV facilities backed by collateralized receivables, including credit cards, charge cards, loans, and revenue-based financing. Typical deal sizes range from $25M to $200M, with a sweet spot around $40M. As the first institutional lender, the firm plays a critical role in helping fintechs scale their portfolios before transitioning to traditional bank financing.
The fund operates two strategies-one focused on U.S. investments and the other on emerging markets. The U.S. team is based in New York and San Francisco and is currently experiencing strong growth driven by significant LP interest. To support this expansion, the firm is looking to add talent to help deploy capital effectively.
