One of our buyside clients with $20bn in AUM is seeking an experienced professional with private credit fundraising or private credit product strategy experience to join their growing alternative distribution team. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Private Credit Sales Strategies: Craft and implement cutting-edge fundraising strategies to attract capital from institutional investors, including pension funds, endowments, foundations, and family offices.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate and sustain meaningful connections with key decision-makers at institutional investor firms.
- Manage the Full Fundraising Lifecycle: Oversee the entire fundraising process for a new private credit offering, from the go-to-market strategy to securing capital commitments.
- Develop Product Strategy: Research the private credit product landscape, develop competitive analysis, and lead marketing material concepts and creation.
- Maintain Detailed Records: Ensure meticulous documentation of investor interactions and fundraising activities.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience: 7+ years in institutional investor relations or capital raising, preferably in private credit.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in private credit fundraising project management or business development
