We are supporting a prominent Investment Bank in Hamburg with a search for a Legal Counsel experiences in Capital Markets (equities),Financial Markets, Regulatory Compliance.
The Job Scope:
- Drafting and negotiating contracts according to topics mentioned above
- Implementing legal requirements and ensuring compliance on regulatory topics
- Working both in team and autonomously
- Travel in Germany and Europe wide
Your profile:
- Fully qualified lawyer with several years of experience in above mentioned topics - Capital Markets / Financial Markets / Regulatory Compliance /Transactions
- Strong knowledge about the banking sector - ability to give overviews of topics in simple language
- Language skills: German and English
