Responsibilities:
- Resolve critical production issues during Major Incident calls.
- Debug systems across diverse environments.
- Optimize application designs.
- Oversee monitoring and alerting processes.
- Adhere to cybersecurity standards.
- Support Disaster Recovery events and audit requests.
- Enhance monitoring efficiency through automation.
Required Skills:
- Distributed Application Support: Expertise in supporting applications across platforms including cloud and mainframe.
- Unix/Linux/Windows Administration: Experience in managing application deployments and configurations.
- Database Management: Proficiency in DB2, Oracle, Snowflake.
- Container Orchestration: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.
- Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with AWS services like S3, EC2, Lambda.
- Scripting Languages: Bash, Python
- ETL Tooling: Informatica Datahub/IDQ, Talend
