Investments Analyst
A premier real estate development company with a proven track record of success is seeking to expand its team. Headquartered in South Carolina and boasting nearly 30 years of experience, the firm has developed over 600 projects across the United States. Specializing in all major property types, including retail, industrial, residential, self-storage, senior living, and mixed-use developments, the company has aggressive growth plans for the coming years.
As an Investment Analyst, you will report directly to the Director of Asset Management. You will provide comprehensive analysis on development and acquisition projects, as well as current assets within the portfolio.
Investments Analyst will be responsible for:
- Financial Analysis: Evaluate investment opportunities through detailed financial analysis and modeling.
- Market Research: Identify and track investment trends.
- Financial Models: Create and maintain financial models.
- Collaboration: Work with portfolio managers to develop investment strategies.
- Recommendations: Present investment recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Investment Monitoring: Continuously assess the performance of investments.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in finance and/or real estate.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Argus is preferred.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated strong work ethic.
- Additional Experience: Banking experience is a plus.
