Deine Aufgaben:
- Erstellung von Finanzberichten nach IFRS und lokalen Standards.
- Überwachung und Leitung der globalen Buchhaltung.
- Unterstützung bei Entscheidungsprozessen durch Aufbereitung von Finanzdaten.
- Koordination von konzerninternen Abstimmungen und steuerlichen Prozessen.
- Optimierung und Automatisierung von Finanzprozessen.
- Leitung von Finanzprojekten und Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams.
Deine Qualifikationen:
- Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen/Controlling oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- 4-7 Jahre Erfahrung in Finanzen, Controlling, Buchhaltung oder Wirtschaftsprüfung.
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, idealerweise Kenntnisse in NetSuite und Salesforce.
- Fähigkeit, Finanzdaten zu analysieren und Ergebnisse klar zu präsentieren.
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Leitung von Finanzprojekten.
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
