- Bereitstellung von Finanzanalysen, Reportings und Planungen (Forecast, MTP, Budget), um Transparenz zu schaffen und Aktionspläne aus funktionaler Sicht zu verfolgen.
- Erstellung von Berichten und Entwicklung geeigneter Controlling- und Rechnungslegungsmaßnahmen.
- Verantwortung für die Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresfinanzberichte.
- Überwachung und Unterstützung von Investitionsprozessen durch Investitionsberechnungen und die Berechnung relevanter KPIs.
- Durchführung von Ad-hoc- und Abweichungsanalysen, Aufbereitung von Kennzahlen und Aufzeigen von Verbesserungspotenzialen.
Ihre Stärken
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Controlling oder Rechnungswesen.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Controllingabteilung eines Industrieunternehmens.
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie in SAP FI/CO ERP.
- Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in der Kostenrechnung und nachgewiesene Kenntnisse der Controllingprozesse und -instrumente.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
