My client is a prestige European private bank with friendly company culture and a supportive environment. To cope with the expansion of the business, they are hiring a professional ARM to join their front line team.
Duties:
- Support relationship managers by providing high-quality service delivery to High Net Worth clients
- Executing a broad range of banking and investment task accurately and on a timely basis
- Ensure that all applications are complied with company policy and regulatory requirements
- Responsible for account opening, perform KYC and due diligence, and work with internal departments to process account opening
Requirements:
- 4+ years of working experience in private banking sector
- Solid experience in serving high net-worth clients
- Good knowledge of investments, banking products, operational procedures and systems
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, work organisation and client interfacing skills
- Strong language proficiency, including English, Mandarin and Cantonese
