As a Prime Services Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in delivering the client experience, from onboarding and service management to resolving complex queries. Role: Prime Services, Account Manager

Requirements: 3-5 days in-office weekly

YOE: 1-5 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver consistent, high-quality service to clients.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to meet strategic goals.
  • Manage client queries and prioritize issues for premium clients.
  • Drive process improvements and support global "follow the sun" operations.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to implement new products and solutions.
  • Enhance client satisfaction and identify revenue opportunities.
  • Conduct client reviews and manage onboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with risk management standards.

Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of FX, interest rates, and Prime Brokerage/OTC clearing (preferred).
  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
  • 1.5 to 3 years of relevant experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
