We are partnering with a leading, private equity-backed healthcare organization specializing in practice management. With a highly acquisitive strategy and rapid growth, they are seeking a Corporate Development Manager to drive M&A deal execution and support their expansion efforts.
Overview:
The Corporate Development Manager will play a critical role in executing M&A transactions, from financial modeling to due diligence and closing. This position will collaborate with senior leadership to identify acquisition targets and manage the end-to-end deal process. The ideal candidate will have a strong M&A background, ideally within healthcare, and thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Corporate Development Manager Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full M&A deal process, including financial analysis, due diligence, negotiations, and closing.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transaction execution.
Identify and evaluate acquisition targets aligned with the company's strategic goals.
Build relationships with key stakeholders such as investment bankers and legal teams.
Support post-merger integration and track performance metrics.
Corporate Development Manager Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in corporate development, M&A, or investment banking (healthcare industry experience preferred).
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
