Job Title: Vice President of Business Valuations

Position Overview: Our client is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Vice President of Business Valuations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business valuations. This role offers the opportunity to lead and grow our business valuations practice, working closely with clients to provide insightful and accurate valuations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the business valuations practice, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Conduct comprehensive business valuations for financial institutions, including banks, insurance companies, and asset management firms.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the FIG space.
- Provide thought leadership and stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in business valuations, investment banking, or transaction advisory
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in valuation methodologies and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, ASA, or CVA are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong business development mindset.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $140k - $185k
Bonus: 10% - 30%
