The team is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Quantitative Researcher to join their dynamic team. You are a fit if you have a strong background in quantitative research, with a PhD or postdoctoral experience in a relevant field. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your research for applications to complex financial models, through the development of innovative trading strategies, and the contribution to the overall success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct advanced quantitative research to develop and enhance trading strategies.
- Analyze large financial and alternative datasets to identify signals and trade opportunities.
- Collaborate with other researchers, trader and portfolio managers to implement research findings.
- Develop and maintain financial models and algorithms through the use of statistical, machine learning and other research techniques.
Qualifications:
- PhD or postdoctoral experience in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or C++.
- Experience with statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver research objects independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
