Location: New Jersey, New York, or Philadelphia (Hybrid Model: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Job Description:
Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Actuarial Analyst to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, with flexibility to work from their offices in New Jersey, New York, or Philadelphia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Property & Casualty (P&C) reserving analysis to support financial reporting and decision-making.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of actuarial models and databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actuarial insights and recommendations.
- Prepare and present actuarial reports and documentation.
- Support the completion of regulatory filings and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in P&C reserving preferred.
- Passed at least 2 exams towards Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in actuarial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
