A top-tier $55B AUM private equity firm with an established and rapidly expanding $10B+ private credit platform is seeking to hire investment professionals across levels and strategies, including Direct Lending, Opportunistic Credit, Special Situations, and Structured Capital. This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic, growth-stage team backed by a global PE franchise with deep capital resources, deal flow, and infrastructure.

Open Roles:

• Associate (2-4 years' experience) - execution-focused with strong modeling, diligence, and investment process skills

• Senior Associate / VP (5-8 years' experience) - underwrite, manage deals end-to-end, interface with management teams, contribute to IC materials

• Principal+ (8+ years' experience) - lead origination, structure complex transactions, manage junior team members, contribute to strategy and portfolio construction

Target Backgrounds:

• Prior experience in private credit, leveraged finance, special situations, structured equity, or restructuring

• Buy-side or top-tier sell-side experience preferred

• Strong credit and financial modeling skills; comfort with complex capital structures

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, lean environment

• Commercial judgment, intellectual curiosity, and a team-first attitude
