Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing day to day financial administration, office administration, pension and payroll activities of the company as well as ensuring that all accounting and reporting functions are fulfilled.

The Finance manager will be also be responsible or be instrumental in upcoming projects in the field of audit-readiness, enhancement of the SAP-structure to support new business opportunities and development of new policies for internal control procedures.

Responsibilities :

Finance for Legal Entities:

· Oversee the invoicing process (approvals and payments)

· Manage the Monthly POs.

· Manage the sales invoice process when requested.

· Manage the VAT declaration process;

· Support in requests related to annual statements all entities;

· Coordinate payrolling for NL and UK to external payroll providers and posting of the payroll entries in SAP.

· Manage the relation with Distribution Vendors on invoicing and inventory

· Liaise with external parties: Audit, HR support and Distributors

· Instrumental to preparing of yearly Budget

· Manage the monthly closing process

· Reporting of Actual versus Budget realization

· Liaise with HQ functions: Corporate Finance, Commercial Operations, HR, Legal, Medical on various projects and activities

· Responsible for accurate and timely Intrastat/CBS reporting

Project activities

· Instrumental to developing administrative procedures for new business activities

· Responsible for developing Actual to Forecasting reconciliation

· Instrumental to enhancing the reporting structure in SAP to support Commercial Operations in decision making process

· Developing Internal Control procedures to enhance a controlled closing process

· Support the business in development of new activities.

Requirements :

* 5-10 years of Acounting/Financial experience

* Experience in a international Pharmaceutical Company preferable

* Fluent in English (verbal and writing)

* Minimum Education Bachelor/Master

* Experience with Payrolling preferable

* Expience with ERP systems (SAP) / Microsoft Office

* Attention to detail
