Job Description
The DFC Oversight & Reporting Lead will take charge of comprehensive reporting and milestone validation for all DFC initiatives and business-as-usual processes, providing crucial insights and oversight to internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, while steering strategic portfolio management and coordinating actions with compliance, audit, and other key parties.
The Role:
- Play a leading role in the internal and external reporting and milestone validation processes regarding DFC-related topics
- Provide integral reporting on DFC business-as-usual and strategic DFC initiatives to the Wwft Steering Committee and other internal and external stakeholders, including regulators
- Oversee and steer strategic portfolio management for all Wwft/DFC-related initiatives
- Manage and guide milestone validation processes
- Maintain an overview of actions from Compliance, Audit, Program Board and external stakeholders
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate is an experienced business developer with expertise in SIRA, KYC/CDD, and Transaction Monitoring within a banking organisation, financial organisation, or consultancy. The candidate should have:
- A Master's degree in a relevant area
- At least 7 years of experience, including 5 years in FEC policy and regulations, AML, CFT, and sanctions
- Proven experience in oversight and reporting processes, including the creation of high-end reports
- Proven experience in managing and guiding complex milestone validation processes
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
- Affinity with risk and audit-related activities
- Extensive experience and knowledge of SIRA, KYC/CDD, Client Monitoring, and Risk-Based Approach
- Ability to lead complex programs and foster a culture of Courage, Care, and Collaboration
- Highly values collaboration, inter-team effectiveness, and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and embodiment of the organisation's core values
- Demonstrates ownership and accountability in achieving goals and resolving issues
