We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to take a leading role in enhancing and scaling a highly innovative, AI-powered finance automation platform at a NYC based seed-stage startup. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO, shaping the product strategy as the company prepares to raise its Series A. Your role will focus on refining and expanding existing AI-driven solutions that automate complex financial workflows. You'll work with advanced technologies like Databricks, generative AI, and machine learning to optimize and improve a product that's already transforming the way financial institutions in the credit space handle data and make decisions. Key Responsibilities:
Own the product strategy and roadmap for enhancing AI-driven features tailored to the credit space, ensuring continued value delivery and improved user decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, engineering, AI/ML) to implement new features and refine existing ones, prioritizing based on user feedback and business goals.
Drive product quality and performance by establishing rigorous testing, quality assurance, and performance tracking processes.
Align the product vision with business objectives, ensuring continuous improvement and strong user engagement within the credit domain.
Qualifications:
5+ years in product management, with a proven track record of delivering data-driven products.
Experience working in a Databricks environment.
Strong background in generative AI, machine learning (ML), and natural language processing (NLP) technologies.
In-depth understanding of financial industry workflows, particularly within the credit space, and the specific needs of clients.
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Python/R, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Finance).
