Position Overview: Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Valuations Senior Manager to join its team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in executing high-level business valuation engagements and will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's business development initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and industries, providing insightful and accurate valuations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage business valuation engagements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and timely results.
- Conduct comprehensive business valuations for various purposes, including mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, tax planning, and litigation support.
- Collaborate with partners and other team members to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Stay current with industry trends, valuation methodologies, and best practices.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in business valuations, preferably within an accounting or consulting firm.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in valuation methodologies and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, ASA, or CVA are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong business development mindset.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $160k - $200k
Bonus: 10% - 30%
