Unser Kunde, ein Fintech aus Berlin, sucht nach einem Abteilungsleiter mit breiter Erfahrung im Financial Risk mit Verantwortung fĂĽr ein Team aus 4 Risikocontrollern:

Ihre Rolle:

  1. Risikoinventar und Profil: Erstellung und Pflege des Risikoprofils der Bank und der Gruppe.
  2. Risikomanagementprozesse: DurchfĂĽhrung der Risikomanagementprozesse (Identifikation, Bewertung, Kontrolle, Ăśberwachung und Kommunikation).
  3. FrĂĽhwarnsysteme: Entwicklung und Pflege von FrĂĽhwarnsystemen fĂĽr finanzielle Risiken.
  4. Methodenvalidierung: Validierung der angewandten Methoden im Zusammenhang mit ICAAP und Erstellung/ĂśberprĂĽfung der Validierungsberichte.
  5. Berichterstattung: Erstellung von Risikoberichten und Präsentationen für den CRO und andere Stakeholder.
  6. Koordination: Koordination und Teilnahme an internen/externen Meetings mit Prüfern, Regulierungsbehörden und anderen Interessengruppen.

Anforderungen:

  • Technische Expertise: Starke Fähigkeiten in Finanzmodellierung, Stresstests und ICAAP-Prozessen.
  • Regulatorisches Wissen: Tiefes Verständnis von Risikomethoden und regulatorischen Anforderungen.
  • Quantitative Analyse: Kompetenz in quantitativer Analyse zur UnterstĂĽtzung der Risikobewertung und strategischen Entscheidungsfindung.
  • Excel-Kenntnisse: Umfangreiche praktische Erfahrung mit Excel-basierter Finanzrisikomodellierung..
