In dieser Rolle bist du ein essenzieller Bestandteil unseres Credit & Risk Teams und spielst eine zentrale Rolle bei der Bewertung von Finanzierungsanfragen im Retailbereich. Du trägst maßgeblich zur Risikosteuerung und Stabilität unseres Finanzierungsgeschäfts in der DACH-Region bei.
Deine Aufgaben:
Eigenverantwortliche Prüfung und Entscheidung von Kredit- und Leasinganträgen im Rahmen deiner persönlichen Kreditkompetenz
Vertrauensvoller Ansprechpartner für unsere Vertriebspartner, Endkunden sowie interne Schnittstellen
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Reports und Überwachung von Kreditportfolios
Mitarbeit bei administrativen Tätigkeiten im Tagesgeschäft
Unterstützung des Credit Managements bei nationalen sowie internationalen Projekten
Aktive Mitgestaltung und Optimierung interner Prozesse und Arbeitsabläufe
Was du mitbringst:
Erste Berufserfahrung in der Kreditprüfung oder im Leasinggeschäft
Verständnis für finanzwirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und Risikobewertung
Strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
