- Supporting senior leadership with innovative ideas and visual analyses.
- Leading deal execution, including due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation.
- Managing client relationships and providing strategic advice.
Corporate Development Manager should have the following qualifications:
- 5-6+ years of M&A experience within Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development.
- Ability to perform data analysis as well as visualization methods.
- Extensive experience across the Healthcare and Dental Services space.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
