Business Development Manager
We have a new Business Development & Partnerships Manager opportunity in New York with a leading crypto market-making and liquidity firm that works with both institutional clients and blockchain projects. The role involves expanding their institutional OTC business and building new partnerships across the industry.
You'll be responsible for developing and executing a growth plan for the region, collaborating with teams to launch new products, and fostering relationships with key players in the crypto and digital asset space. The position offers a fast-paced, high-impact environment that will open up new strategic growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Experience in both traditional finance and digital assets
Strong background in OTC products (especially options)
Business development or client-facing experience (B2B sales, investment banking)
Excellent communication skills
Trading or crypto knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities:
Drive the global growth of the institutional OTC business, developing and executing a regional growth plan.
Collaborate with teams to launch new products (e.g., derivatives), gathering customer feedback and executing launch plans.
Expand the crypto project liquidity provision business by building relationships with key projects, VCs, and ecosystem players.
Strengthen partnerships with exchanges, custodians, lenders, and other infrastructure providers.
Implement a structured business development process, improving operational efficiency (CRM, campaign effectiveness, etc.).
Stay updated on crypto industry trends and identify new business development opportunities.
