We are seeking a talented and experienced USD Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in Shanghai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Oversee and manage the financial operations related to USD transactions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Investment Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence for potential investment opportunities, providing insights and recommendations to the investment team.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for operations and investments.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards, including tax laws and reporting requirements.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key financial metrics and performance indicators.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with USD transactions and investments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including investment, legal, and operations teams, to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • 4-5 years of experience in finance, preferably within the private equity or investment management industry.
  • Strong understanding of USD financial operations, including currency exchange, hedging, and international transactions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, Bloomberg, and financial modeling software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
