Description
A leading international bank is looking for a Credit Risk Review Manager, to lead and participate in CRR reviews for Wholesale Credit Risk and Wealth Management. You'll ensure reviews align with regulatory guidance and company policy, support the execution of risk-based plans, and collaborate within the CRR team. Key responsibilities include identifying and reporting potential weaknesses, implementing credit reviews and continuous monitoring, and interfacing with stakeholders to resolve risks. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of credit, regulatory changes, and effective risk management practice
Requirements
- Minimum of seven years in wholesale credit, including underwriting, adjudication, or credit risk review, audit, consulting, or regulatory roles
- Strong negotiation, oral and written communication skills, and the ability to handle a diverse workload
- Thorough understanding of various capital markets lending products and an analytical mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, accept accountability, demonstrate leadership, and maintain a strong work ethic
