An HR Consulting Firm offering insurance, employee benefits, payroll, and 401K plans is looking to bring on a Senior Sales Executive that will focus on hunting new business on the West Coast to middle market companies. The ideal candidate is a top performer with a track record of exceeding quota. This is a top producing team, and the candidate should have a strong familiarity with employee benefits sales.
Responsibilities:
- Hunt new business and target middle market companies
- Maintain territory plans and prospect for potential customers using various direct and indirect methods.
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to negotiation and deal closure, and keep detailed notes on prospect and client interactions.
- Work with a strong and family oriented sales team
Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years in a high performing sales environment
- Experience selling HR benefits. payroll, or financial service plans to small and medium sized businesses
- Track record of exceeding quota
- Ability to bring over a book of business
