As a Senior Compliance Officer you will:
- Conduct analyses to assess the scope of compliance and integrity risks and evaluate the effectiveness of control measures in place.
- Monitor adherence to compliance and integrity risk management as well as applicable laws and regulations, and provide reports on findings.
- Foster awareness within the company about compliance and integrity, including the importance of soft controls.
- Offer both solicited and unsolicited advice to management, leveraging your professional expertise and understanding of social developments.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients on matters related to compliance and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications:
- A completed university degree, preferably in Law, Business Administration, or Economics, complemented by a compliance certification.
- 5 to 7 years of experience as a compliance officer in business services.
- Experience with monitoring and implementing soft controls.
- Dutch and English speaker.
