Job Title: Life Sciences Investment Banking Senior Analyst/Associate
About Us: Our client is a life sciences focused investment bank + advisory firm. With a combination of making their own investments in addition to providing M&A advisory, they have a strong depth of knowledge in the life sciences space.
Position Overview: They are seeking an experienced Investment Banking Senior Analyst/Associate to join their Life Sciences team. The successful candidate will play a key role in executing transactions, conducting financial analysis, and supporting senior bankers in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Execution: Assist in the execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions, including preparing pitch books, financial models, and transaction documents.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis, including valuation, financial modeling, and due diligence for life sciences companies.
- Client Interaction: Support senior bankers in managing client relationships, including attending client meetings, preparing presentations, and addressing client inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience: 2-6 years of experience in investment banking, preferably with a focus on life sciences or healthcare.
- Skills: Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
