Key Responsibilities:
- Create and oversee annual hospital performance review documents.
- Track and analyze cost and revenue trends for hospitals.
- Compile and present monthly analyses for council meetings.
- Extract and report data using SAS/SQL.
- Keep up-to-date with Medicaid and Medicare reforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Background in Healthcare analytics and risk adjustment.
- Skilled in SQL, Tableau, and Excel.
- Experience in financial impact modeling and network management support.
- Excellent project management abilities.
