A leading west coast health plan is seeking a senior actuarial analyst to join their Medicare team in a fully remote role, however they must reside in Washington or Oregon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute bid pricing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare Advantage regulations.
- Perform sensitivity analyses and scenario evaluations.
- Prepare and present reports for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Completion of 4+ ASA exams (ASA designation preferred).
- Over 5 years of experience in Healthcare actuarial roles (Medicare bid experience preferred).
- Proficiency in SQL or another programming language.
- ASA or FSA designation.
- At least 2 years of experience with Medicare Bid processes.
