What you will do…
- Oversee and reconcile cash receipts for treat balances
- Evaluate treaty outcomes and determine impact on the financials
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve issues
- Generate monthly trial balance reports to monitor and confirm accounts receivable/payable with clients and brokers
- Implement solutions to improve accounting process
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 2+ years reinsurance accounting experience
- Treaty or Facultative accounting experience preferred but not required
- Strong analytical and communication skills
