Who They're Looking For:
- Experience in Excess and Specialty Lines (E&S): 3-5 years of underwriting experience and proven track record within the E&S sector.
- Expertise in Liability and Property: Strong background in underwriting liability and property insurance, including professional lines.
- Innovative Underwriting Skills: Ability to develop and implement creative underwriting solutions.
- Leadership and Initiative: Ability to take charge and drive new business production, functioning effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Team Collaboration: Strong team player who can work effectively with a diverse group of over 80 professionals.
