The M&A and Business Development Director will be responsible for:
- Deal Execution: Overseeing the entire M&A deal process from identification to negotiation and closing, ensuring timely and successful deal completion.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as one of primary liaisons between senior leadership, key stakeholders, and sellers, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the transaction process.

The M&A and Business Development Director should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in M&A, business development, or investment banking, within the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of managing complex deal processes and negotiations.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
