A leading generalist middle-market private equity firm in Washington, D.C., is looking to bring on a Investor Relations/Capital Formation individual to support the firm's investor relations and fundraising efforts. The firm has an elite track record of being active in the market having invested over $5 billon of capital. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with raising funds and managing investor relationships.
- Work closely with the investment team for smooth fundraising execution.
- Gain mentorship from senior leadership, accelerating professional growth.
- Onboard investors and manage related processes, including maintaining CRM systems, responding to investor information requests (RFPs), completing due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), and organizing marketing materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Banking background wanting to transition to a more investor relation position.
