Company Summary: We are currently partnered with a high performing, specialty boutique investment bank based out of Washington DC with a focus on the ADG space looking to add a Senior Analyst to their team. This individual will be able to gain extremely valuable hands on deal experience while working at a firm that offers a work life balance that is truly unparalleled.
The Investment Banking Senior Analyst will be responsible for:
- Support senior bankers by creating information memorandum, management presentations, marketing pitches/materials, conducting client due diligence, industry research, and managing buyers list
- Assisting in all phases of the transaction process
- Supporting new business development and investment banking engagements
The Investment Banking Senior Analyst should have:
- At least 1 year of investment banking experience, preferably in the Aerospace, Defense & Government sector
- Strong understanding of financial statements and reports
- Excellent technical writing skills and attention to detail
- Intellectual curiosity and ability to work independently while collaborating with senior bankers
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and take ownership of tasks
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a team-oriented approach
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related field
