Key Responsibilities:

- Reporting: Create detailed reports and presentations to convey findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Market Trends: Track and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform investment strategies.
- Ideas Pitching: Present well-researched investment ideas to senior analysts and investment managers.
- Presentation: Share research findings with management and other departments, providing actionable insights.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in research methodologies relevant to the Asian markets.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in, Business, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-5 years of experience in Equity Research, with a focus on the Asian markets.
Skills:
- Proficiency in financial modeling, communication, and technical skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in both Chinese and English is essential.
- Proven experience in fundamental bottom-up equity research analysis.
- Experience in the China, Taiwan, Japan, and Hong Kong markets is highly preferred.
