We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our client, a leading financial services company specializing in cryptocurrency trading. As the Head of Sales EMEA, you will be responsible for managing European Institutional Clients through market-making and OTC Trading activities. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in one of the fastest-growing sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies that meet business objectives
- Manage existing relationships while identifying new opportunities within EMEA's institutional investor community
- Drive revenue growth by increasing trading volumes across exchanges utilizing high-frequency algorithms.
- Lead OTC negotiations with key counterparties including banks & hedge funds.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge on or passion for Crypto markets
- Proven track record for building and leading Institutional Sales teams
- Strong network amongst major players such as Hedge Funds, Asset Managers or Crypto Firms.
- Excellent communication abilities both written/oral - any additional languages are a benefit.
- Ability/experience dealing directly with senior/executive management level contacts
- Highly analytical mindset capable developing pricing models
- Detailed understanding of OTC Trading on Exchanges as well as Market Making
