A growing life insurance company is looking to add a Director to their PolySystems Modeling team. Ideally looking for a candidate proficient in both PolySystems and Python to design, develop and deliver modeling capabilities for various blocks of business. Responsibilities:
- Drive agile best practices to foster a culture of technical excellence, focus on value, and prioritization
- Help define and implement PolySystems best practices across the suite of supported models and businesses
- Play a leadership role
- Serve as the lead for conversion of actuarial models to PolySystems
Qualifications:
- 7+ years actuarial experience is required, with at least 3 of those years focused on actuarial modeling
- ASA designation, FSA preferred
- Advanced modeling skills with PolySystems and Python
