Director of Investor Relations
Investor Relations:
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential investors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Identify potential investors for multifamily acquisitions and developments. - Develop marketing and fundraising materials, including fund and JV pitchbooks, investment teasers, due diligence questionnaires, and prospect pipelines, among others, for investors.
- Coordinate investor meetings, presentations, and reporting requirements.
Capital Formation
- MUST have a track record raising capital from Institutional LPs, Real Estate Allocators, Family Office, RIA, HNWI, etc., in the US and Europe.
- Work closely with the marketing team to enhance the firm's visibility and investor traction
- Assist in the preparation of materials for fundraising activities and roadshows.
Project Management:
- Oversee special projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive the implementation of operational improvements and efficiency initiatives.
Director of Investor Relations Qualifications:
- Proven experience in investor relations within the private equity or investment space.
- 8-12 years of Investor Relations experience
- Track Record Raising Capital
- Experience communicating with investors and knowledge of DDQs, RFPs, etc.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
