A prominent international bank is expanding in the U.S. and is looking for a Director for CUSO - ESG/Climate. This role supports Group Risk Management - U.S. Enterprise Risk, overseeing risk management for U.S. operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement reports for CUSO Escalations, Risk Acceptance, Issue Management, ESG & Climate.
- Collaborate with business lines to refine data elements and provide risk insights.
- Develop and present periodic reports for senior management and the board.
- Maintain records for escalations and analyze risk trends.
- Assist with audits and stakeholder requests.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Risk Management, Controls, or Audit in financial services.
- Knowledge of key risk areas like Enterprise, Market, Counterparty, Credit, Liquidity, and Operational Risk.
- Experience in strategic planning or risk oversight.
- Strong data analytics and reporting skills (Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience managing complex projects.
