They are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Debt Advisory Associate. This permanent position based out of our prestigious office location in beautiful Amsterdam offers competitive compensation with benefits.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification from accredited institutions
Experience:
- At least 4 years' experience working within debt advisory
- Experience dealing with M&A transactions (mergers and acquisitions)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1) Client-facing tasks such as pitching for new business opportunities.
2) Providing expert advice on all aspects related to financing strategies.
3) Building strong relationships internally and externally through networking activities.
4) Working closely alongside other teams including corporate finance, equity capital markets etc., providing support where required.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Ability work under high-pressure environments while maintaining quality output;
- Team player mentality able build networks inside/outside organization's hierarchy
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Dutch speaking fluency
