A European wide Real Estate Investment Group is seeking an experienced Compliance Officer for their office in Munich. The role is sitting a within a smaller team, and will give you a unique opportunity to broaden your knowledge base in the Compliance real estate space.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
Conduct regular monitoring and reporting on compliance issues.
Design and deliver compliance training programs.
Conduct due diligence on investment opportunities.
Lead investigations into compliance violations.
Serve as the primary contact for regulatory inquiries.
Collaborate with risk management and legal teams on compliance matters.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in law, business, finance, or related field.
Compliance experience in real estate or related field.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Fluency in German and English.
