Job Title: Commercial Lender
Job Summary:
As a Commercial Lender, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial loans, building relationships with business clients, and driving the growth of the lending portfolio. You will assess the creditworthiness of prospective clients, structure loan deals, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Your role will focus on fostering long-term business relationships, supporting clients' financial needs, and ensuring sound credit decisions are made. You will work with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of financial services and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential business clients, identifying opportunities for growth and cross-selling financial products.
- Prepare loan proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure proper loan documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Monitor loan portfolio performance, ensuring timely repayment and addressing any issues or concerns with borrowers.
Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial lending or a related financial services role.
