We are seeking a skilled and motivated Analyst to join our clients Debt Advisory team in London. As an Analyst, you will work closely with clients, banks, debt funds, lawyers, and advisors to deliver high-quality debt advisory services. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of teasers, financing memorandums, and management presentations.
- Support due diligence processes, including scoping and positioning due diligence materials.
- Develop and maintain financial models, including the calculation of covenants.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support advisory projects.
- Collaborate with senior team members to deliver tailored financing solutions to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in debt advisory, investment banking, or a related field is a plus.
